Rugby Coach Developer/Educator

The Canterbury Rugby Football Union is responsible for developing and growing rugby in this region, from the nurturing of junior and school rugby to the management of the Mitre 10 Cup Team. We are committed to building on our position as one of the leading and most respected rugby organisations in the world.
We are looking for a Principal Contractor to join a team of three Principal Contractors and a range of contractors responsible for developing and educating coaches in the Canterbury region.
Contracts include club and school coach development, course delivery including Rugby Smart, Small Blacks, Rugby Smart teenage course, course assessment and quality control for the delivery of contracts. Developing and educating coaches and contributing to the encouragement, participation and passion for the sport of rugby are a main focus.
You will ideally have the equivalent of IRB Level 3 coaching qualification or completed a New Zealand Coach Educator Course, or an Advanced Coaching Course as a minimum, and you will be able to demonstrate previous experience as a Coach Educator.
